该发电机蓄电池充电器采用浮充式恒流恒压自动充电，根据电池电压和容量确定充电电压和电流，充电电压一般较低一点，取电池标称电压的1 . 125 -1 . 15 倍，充电电流取电池容量的10 -20 % ，具有恒流恒压基本充电功能长期不停机，充满后自动转为涓流充电模式，可以365天无人值守。

发电机专用充电机的充电模式介绍：

♦ 恒流充电：

当电池电压较低时，以0.1C-0.14C限流恒流充电，避免电池充电初期过流充电造成过充现象和保证充电机的安全使用.时间约6～7H,充进电量80%。

♦ 恒压充电：

当电池电压升高到设定电压值时，自动转为恒压充电,电流自动减小，避免了充电后期电流过大造成电瓶析气失水现象,延长电池寿命。充电电流继续减小到设定值时,.时间约2H,充进电量20% 。充电过程中若遇停电，再来电，充电机继续保持正常充电。

♦ 浮充充电：

保持恒压充电[2.27V×N， N为2V单体数]，充电电流继续减小,对电池进行维护式充电。充电电流减小到设定值或充电时间达到设定值时,充足红灯亮,时间约2H,充进电量10％。

♦发电机充电机应用范围：

本发电机专用充电机为浮充式充电机，具有恒压限流功能（恒流时，输出电流高稳定。恒压时，输出电压高稳定），可长期接电源和负载同时工作，也可用于启动性负载如发电机蓄电池的长期充电而不损坏充电机，山杰发动机充电机广泛应用于发电机蓄电池，泵业，通讯系统，UPS，电力系统，直流不间断电源等电池的自动浮充，保证电池不过充，不欠充。
